    Hi,

A couple of years ago i bought and planted some bare root hawthorn plants 1.5 to 1.8 meters tall.
I would like to move some of these to another location.

Do you think the roots will have grown a lot in two years?
Also are these plants tolerant to transplanting?

    Many thanks

    Hi GL,

Its the best time to transplant, while the shrubs are dormant. Yes they will have made root growth in that time but hawthorne doesn't put down tap roots so you should be ok.
