        Oh it's aaaages since I've been to Bewl Water so it is a real delight to see your photo's woo. Glad you had a good day!

        Hmm, the water level of the reservoir (3rd to last photo) looks worryingly low ... for this time of year! :scratch:

            I walked round it one day, must have been back in the 80s, that was the last time I went there.
            Nice to see it again Woo, but if I go back again it will be in the warmer weather and I wont be going right round it.:smile:

            Tend to agree with "M" regarding the water level, it should be full at this time of the year.
            Still, not bothered my water comes from the bore holes in the chalk.:)

              The last picture is lovely. The water level looks quite low.

              I cycled around it....maybe 20 years ago.

                Good evening @Zigs @"M" @pete @Redwing my friends and thank you,it was a long way but it was on my first on my bucket list :smile:

                @pete is was a one off something I've always wanted to do for a very long time;)

                Now for the second one,climbing up those broken stone steps to the top of Rochester castle and take some photos of the surrounding area:smile:

                  Back in the 80s again, when I was doing some work in the Cathedral, just ran up them in my lunch break :biggrin:
