Tripod for iphone

just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a tripod for an iphone. I would mainly be using it to film timelapse videos of me doing drawings so a desk top one would be fine if it can tilt downwards but then i wouldnt mind one thats perhaps taller so i can film bees outside with timelapse videos

I do already own a tripod for my slr but cant remember what make it is now and its quite big so even tho i know you can get clips so your tripod can adapt to take a phone i dont think this one would be suitable for desk top filming anyway.

If anyone has one i would really appreciate any recommendations as i can find lots but all the reviews are either praising them or slating them and cant see to fine one that everyone likes
