Truffles...

    Here's a simple recipe for yummy Truffles:dbgrtmb:

    300g chocolate
    25g butter
    180mls double cream
    flavouring of your choice....

    Makes around 25....

    Place the chocolate (broken up) in a bowl with the butter..
    Bring the cream to the boil and pour over choc...stir till melted...add flavouring and leave to cool and set in the fridge...

    Roll into balls and coat in melted chocolate.....
    That's it...Simples:dbgrtmb:

    I made some the other day....for flavouring i used..Rum and Raisin,Vanilla,Baileys,Amaretto..

          Thanks all:dbgrtmb:...they're so easy to make....quite sickly though...but i suppose it depends on how often you 'test' the melted chocolate whilst making them:whistle:....
