This is of course not a replacement of the Christmas turkey, but a quick snack, that I just came up with!
So: you can fry some diced turkey in oil.
Just before the meat is fully cooked,
add some gravy granules and a couple of spoons of boiling water so that the gravy can dissolve but not be too liquid at the same time.
A couple of minutes later you add plenty of mayo and mix well.
You have now some "filling" to go in the wraps, together with some lettuce.
I use round sweet lettuce and the "original" wraps from Morrison, which are a kind of flat round bread.
