It seems that time when I have to replace the roof of my gazebo... It currently has some tatty reed screening which (I think) is a couple of years old so I'm thinking of going for something a bit longer lasting, currently erring toward willow. Anyone have a favourite?

Ive used a bamboo product made in the same way to the reed for a gazebo but the customer suplied it, no idea were they got it.

Depending on the shape of your Gazebo and it's strength, timber shingles are the longest lasting natural material to use.Clay tiles are an option too.

Thanks PG, I haven't seen anyone use the willow screening yet but rumour has it that it looks great. I'm just looking forward to the dappled shade in the summer with a G&T!
