Here are some pics of my garden. This is the front

Behind the bench there is forsythia, camelia, different types of hydrangea. It is a glorious day today so Lenny is basking in the sunshine.

These are the kitchen herbs by the back door.

This is where we hoped to grow clematis against shed wall but they haven't been a great success

We had a fantastic display of lupins in there but now we have dahlias, cosmos, bedding plants etc Behind you can see a seating area where we do bbqs

This is the half of the veg patch that has been weeded. We lost half the row of peas and replanted some which is why they are two different heights. On the other half we have herbs, lupins for next year and sweetpeas

Here are the tomatoes in the greenhouse. We have started picking them this week. We also have tomatoes outside on the veg patch.

Here is the pond. It needs topping up because it has a small leak thanks to Bob who although he is a good boy, finds the temptation of the water too great every now and again. We have goldfish in there, frogs and newts.

Is your clematis planted in one of the "troughs"? 'Coz if so I think they like a cool root-run and being in a container, if it catches the sun, might be the problem.

Yes, I have one in each of the troughs. A pink and a blue. I thought they'd look nice. I'll have to think of something else to grow upwards there.

Thanks Bob, that sounds worth trying:thumb:
The garden seems to be running away from me at the moment. I have had to take photos of the best bits:o but everywhere I pointed the camera a weed seemed to pop up in front of it.
