Solved unidentified plant with one leaf

    Hlloo there,
    last 2 years this has been growing in our garden. it grows one big leaf then that's it. no more leaves or flowers appear. would love to know what it is and how we can get it to grow properly this year

      It looks rather like a Canna leaf to me. Strange growth habit though. It could just be a weak tuner or one that comes into growth too late. Where in the country are you?

        I've had this when tulips are planted too deeply, turns them blind

            Looks like it could be Marestail/Horsetail. A particularly difficult weed to deal with.
