Billbergia Windii (an apt name!) is a beautiful bromeliad Windygale, looks fantastic, any more buds? Took me back to my early years growing these by the thousand along with the others, Vreisias, Guzmanias, Achmeas and Tillandsias. (I worked at a very large nursery then). I still love these plants. My Billbergia have all rooted beautifully outside over winter (not that we've had one yet).

I hope I will be able to post some photos in the spring of them perhaps in flower?

Hi strongylodon, sorry to say no i dont have anymore flowers, its the only one, i have taken loads of cutting last year, which may be slowing things down for her(if you would like one pm me your address and its in the post ASAP) they seem to be growing well and expect them to flower in a couple of years, when they get bigger, I will now be looking out for different ones,as they are nice,
