    Urgent appeal! from Hedgehog rescue.
Please talk to everyone you know,... Get them to put out shallow dishes of water and keep them topped up.
All the hedgehogs coming in are in a terrible state. They can't find water, lack of rain means the ground is parched and all their food has gone deep so they can't get at it.
And please tell everyone who will listen not to give hedgehogs milk. It only makes things worse

Hi been doing this already , my baby one that was under weight last Autumn, I even went out and bought scales to weigh it LOL ££ fed it on dog food into late November , then didnt see it again until 1st week of April so to my amazement it survived , and each one has its own particular colour with the spines so that how I recognised her.

Her food was put under a plastic washing up bowl with a 5 by 5 entrance cut in the side so when turned over the cats cant get the food .
I stoped all the trafic in the road to rescue a hedghog I got beeped at first but once they realised they stoped beeping
