User Name, How did you come up with it?

I don`t know about anybody else but I often wonder about some of the G.C members user names and how they came about. Some of the names are seemingly obvious, others get me wondering as to how they came up with a name/word like that?

The main reason for me posting this question is,Euthansum, many times I have seen this name and wondered "What the heck does that mean and where did it come from"? At 06.50 this morning it hit me. Euthansum = youth and some ,I think, I hope.

Anyway, there are loads of names out there that could do with explaining, by the way, Pip is one of the seemingly obvious ones, it`s an abbreviation of Phillip.

Pip my name from Celebrity Big Brother when Chantel was bought in and had to pretend she was the lead singer in a group called 'Kandyfloss' with a 'K' I liked it so much that I decided to use it for on GC.

I have been looking on other forums and there is a member on there called Shineyhappy and for a moment I thought it was our Shiney but I was wrong :D

 

Euthansum- I haven't seen that username on here...

I'm on a couple of other forums so I try to use the same username because I never remember them otherwise. However in reality I'm now known mostly as Timothys Mum!

 

I take it that, as gardeners, everyone knows where mine is from. Here is a picture of a sarracenia.

 

Pip.I think you will find it is Ethansmum. Presumably 'the mother of Ethan'.

Sadly my user name is one of the pretty obvious ones I'm afraid.

Friends and family call me Hel and of course hubbie does all the digging and it goes without saying he's one hell of a digger! :D

Also you can have plenty of fun with the 'Hel' title so I use it in as many ways as I can on forum's and such like......on one forum I'm even known as Helcat! Hel.xxx.

My name is sort of obvious ... I try to act like a Lady (no sniggers from the peanut gallery, thank you) and I have lots of time for Leisure activities now which I didn't have when I worked. I enjoy gardening, various arts and crafts and photography and of course my cats. I particularly like getting out and about and photographing this beautiful country I have adopted.

Mine is fairly obvious - or not :D

This was the first forum I joined and as being very new to computers and forums
I didn't know you needed a username and the first thing that came into my head was 'geordie'
(my favourite singer as you all know is Alan Price, Geordie Boy ) but I thought I would
change it a bit so decided on 'jjordie'.

I belong to eleven (at last count) other forums and use a different name on most!
