So a few months ago, there was a thread on the Forum about Nepenthes.
Reminded me that I once grew carnivorous plants....

    Soooooooo.
A few weeks ago I was trawling the internet. And just happened to stumble upon someone selling some Utricularia starter plugs for €1 each.
    A few weeks later, I received a box.....with 30 different species! :yikes:

    This is a small selection:

I used to specialise in Utricularia when I grew carnivorous plants and similarly, I used to sell starter colonies in old film pods. They where always popular at open days!

Once I get a garden with room for a greenhouse, I will start the collection again.

      What species did you get?

        Coolsox,
Mainly terrestrial species. (List is at home)

If you ever start up again, mine will have filled the pots by then and I will hopefully be able to send you some bits.

Very kind of you to offer, thank you. If you can get fresh seeds, try growing u. westonii (Polypompholyx). I grew these partially submerged and the bright pink flowers where amazing. The seeds need time, but are not too difficult to germinate.
