    I ordered 3 x Buddleja buzz red which are the compact variety. These turned up at towards the end of March. I potted them on but one died. I emailed Van Meuwen and requested a replacement as they are guaranteed for a year. The replacement came yeasterday, but they have replaced the complete order so I now have 5. Great customer service I will definitely use them again.

      I have ordered many times from them over the years for specifics & found their plants good stock & as you found out their customer care is excellent in my experience... :SUNsmile:

      I've used Van Meuwen for some time but currently they are not delivering on customer care. They advised me 4 weeks ago that my item had been sent etc. but as it was not received I emailed ('phoning is a problem) them - they replied that the matter would be looked into but 3 weeks later (& 4 follow up emails) I am still waiting for the item and an explanation.

      Re Dutch bulb companies, Last year I purchased a packet of Green Gladioli which turned out to be Yellow, was not pleased so sent a flower back to the company "Kapiteyn"in Holland
      had a nice reply promising me replacements , A couple of weeks ago postie banging on the door a big parcel from Holland 50 bulbs..now have to find some where to plant them as have only tiny garden.Beat that for customer service !

        Good news on my complaint about Van Meuwen's customer care department. I googled who owned them in order to rack up the complaint. Thomson Morgan own them & their head office number is 01473 695200. I spoke to Ryan in TMs customer care who contacted Prolog (outsourced by VM to deal with queries) on my behalf whilst on the line & I then spoke to Cheryl at Prolog. My account had no mention of my complaint (even though I had received an email from them) but Cheryl actioned a replacement order for this month. I hope it arrives.................

        I ordered some plants from them mid March - being told on purchase and then later in reply to an email i sent them that i would get my plants by the end of April 2012. It's now nearly mid May and still no plants! I have now been informed, upon another email reply, that they will be delivered May 2012. A little vagued.. And i am not 100% sure if this company is trustworthy.

        Ah, well my order has finally arrived (unsure if it was the threat of refund that did it??)

        A little worse for wear, but three plugs have arrived.
        Only time will tell if they will survive!
