I already have a large collection of herbaceous plants and grow 4 different types of Veronica (all taller varieties) but not the above. I'm always looking for hardy lowish growing summer flowering additions and the above would appear to be a good contender. Is it as good as it's made out to be and is it easy to grow from seed? Because of the size of my garden it looks bonkers buying say even 3 x 9cm pots of a variety of plant so it's usually better and easier on the budget:) to grow from seed. If however it's difficult and will take years to flower from seed I'll then try and source somewhere to buy maybe 10 pots which should just about be ok!
    Hope someone has info, thanks.

    Hi Silu,

Sorry I can't give any personal advice I've never grown it but.......

Ha e you got a J. Parkers catalogue ( the big one marked wholesale ).

They are selling four smaller V. Spicata's......

    " Barcarolle " ( pink )
    " Blue Charm " ( blue )
    " Icicle " ( white )
    " Red Fox " ( red )

    All at £7.50 for 10

I've bought loads of stuff off them, both bulbs and plants and never had any trouble with them.
