    Hi

My Flymo (Vision Compact 350 plus), bought in July last year and used on my 2 not very big lawns since then has started vibrating and getting noisier. It's been doing it for a while and I've been tightening the bolt that holds the blade which has seemed to work. However now it doesn't make any difference. I do clean it after use. A friend says vibration is to be expected with a flymo but while he can use it ok I find it too uncomfortable. Is this normal? Is there anything I can do to improve it?

    hi heather333

i had a flymo the 330 hover type one that collects grass that started to vibrate and made a noise and it started to get louded and louded every time i used it , it got to the point where i was still vibrating after turning the mower off and going deaf after mowing

:D if mine is anything to go by it sounds like yours might be on its way out as mine just stopped working one day when i plugged it in it was only 2 yrs old as well.

you could contact flymo or pop it in you local repair shop for them to have a look at but what i found was its cheaper to buy another

sorry its not good news well mine was'nt fingers crossed yours will be ok

The normal reason for a lawn mower of that type to vibrate is that the blade is unbalanced. Take it to a dealer and have the blade checked.
