It's Viburnum tinus, with the first signs of damage from Viburnum beetle.

Thats a decent sized plant there Nick. Mine still tiny in comparison. Only had it a year now.

Is there any kind of organic treatment that can be used to get rid of viburnum beetle? Some of the leaves on my plant are beginning to look like the ones in Nicks picture.

Hi thanks for the ID - I have two other V. Tinus' in my garden and this one has never flowered. Do you think this could be a different variety?

    Many thanks, Nick

We have one of those, which never flowered.
Last September I pruned it fairly hard, it flowered in April and I have just noticed it is about to flower again.
