Views on Mikrotek scanner please

Hi all,
Can you help please? I've been after a (second hand) scanner for a while and after trying one, now have the chance of a Mikrotec(sp) one. Tried to look these up on the net but I am having my usual luck

Do any of you have one or perhaps know of someone that does? Would appreciate any comments on them, afraid I don't know the model or how old it is.

I know you can get new cheapish ones but I love my 'freecycle'!

Have to pick up Tues morning so do you think it's worth it?

If you turn it over and look at the silver ID label, it should give you the model number which you can then drop into a Google search and get a user's manual. You'll likely need a cd-rom, of course.
