I went for a walk at lunch time today along the tow path and I couldn't believe the amount of life I saw. Firstly, a Jay flew past me just yards ahead, beautiful bird! Then I noticed the fish! Thousands of them, from little tiddlers up to large Bream and Carp (I'm reliably informed by the fishermen). The most amazing sight was this, I have never seen so many they stretch in a line right along the canal. Sound effects courtesy of Mad Megan :-)

      I wonder why they're in a line?

They were swimming in this formation, almost like they were in search of something. I've never seen this before, and neither had the dog who fell face first into the water :lunapic 130165696578242 5:

I'll have to go to the canal and have a look....maybe I'll go with OH when he takes his dog. Just hope he doesn't fall face first into the water. The dog I mean, not OH. :roflol:
