I'm growing this from seed for the first time this year, well I hope I am. I sowed the seeds today and discovered on the packet they can take up to three months to germinate. Has anyone had any experience of it please? :)

Not grown Vulcan Grass Sheal , it looks very nice on Google :blue thumb: I find grass germination very frustrating , from lawn grass to feature grass . It seems to be very erratic and basically does what it wants !

Thanks Harry. I'm not a lover of grasses to be honest but these I took a fancy to and hope they germinate before summer comes and goes. :heehee:

Joolz, I think it would be great with cut flowers, it grows to about two feet. Thanks for the offer of the other grass, but I won't be growing any others. I'm only growing this because it doesn't really resemble grass. My usual thinking is there's enough in the lawn without growing it in beds as well! Having said that grass in my lawn......a blade here, a blade there, the rest is moss. :heehee:
