Watching the Olympics on a HD recorder/ video

I really enjoy watching the Olympic gymnastics events - but I'm going to Slovenia on Aug 3rd for a fortnight so will be out of the country for much of it. I also will be too late to watch on BBC iplayer when I get back as that is only current for 7 days.

Does anybody know any sites that will have stored content that I can watch when i get back?

Alternatively, I have a Hard drive recorder (if I can remember how to use it) but don't know if the TV Olympic schedules will be published far enough in advance, and if they will stick to the timings, anyway.

Any ideas?
