Water issue

Where I have dug out my slope to level off, or has now started to puddle water when it rains, do I need to takle this or is it ok to leave as I will be putting down a tone of gravel. Should I add drainage before putting down the gravel?

Any drainage experts on the forum, what gear do I need to buy to reduce the water build up, and where is the best place to get it?

Do u have another drain to pipe it to
