Water-logging: nice weather for ...

    ... ducks!

    The "development" of my copse (the latter being "unplanned" :heehee: )

    April 2012: The willow has died, but, grass has grown

    July 2012: The willow has gone; the back "border" is growing wild flowers, a try-angle (plant and fingers crossed) area developed and in the foreground the growth from sunflower seeds.

    Dec 2012: And, today .... the "try-angle" bed survives, but all the grass has gone to become a duck pond :wallbanging: Nice weather for ducks though

      Is that the willow tree trunk I see laid on the floor in nice damp conditions? Are you sure its dead?:)

      Looking forward to your willow plantation photos at towards the end of next year.

        Yup, those are the willow lengths and willow stumps, but, they won't be growing again (she says, fairly confidently :heehee: )
