I have a hedge (ilex meserveae)- blue prince. Which has suffered from drought last summer as the wind has dried it out. I want to start watering it as soon as possible. Is it a good time to start watering it now.

artificial watering will encourage surface roots....... not what you want reallly
in order to improve the hedege you would need to spray foliage in summer imo ..... this works for conifers anyway
