      That's fabulous. :)

Before I built the pond I had a Hare nesting in my back garden but then a neighbour's cat ate the Leverets one by one. :( :(

I had a Lizard as well last year; no sign of him/her this year but last week I found a cat skulking where the lizard used to sunbathe. :( :(

Cats cause so much destruction to wildlife.

Irish cats are the worst. Tis the reason you can no longer find a real Leprachaun any more :) Bad for Tourism .....

Wolves in sheep's clothing whis4ey! :heehee:

Not Hares, although there's a lot on the island, but rabbits decimated a previous garden of mine year after year. The only plants they left alone were Daffodils and Lupins.

Rabbits are most certainly a different proposition. When we first built our house here we were tormented ... all our vegetables went to feed the rabbits instead of us :) Went on for a few years and we haven't seen any since (touch wood) LOL

Our garden adjoined farmland and every spring the farmer would be out there, shall we say, keeping the numbers down but it still wasn't enough to stop them chomping their way through everything.
