Weak Cosmos stem

    Strange to see the stem of some of my Cosmos just below the flower weakening/thinning to the extent that the flower falls forward. Why is this, I wonder.

    No, neither. I have some in pots, only in one pot are they doing this. Well watered, plenty of sun. It's odd.
