I have just changed my PC which has come with Vista and I have put my old copy of Office 2003 on it. My web sites desperately need updating, but my "office" does not have Front Page on it. I have an old copy of Front Page so I stuck this on the PC and when I started to try to edit my webs on it, a note came up saying that Front Page was not my default web editor. I have obviously missed something.

can anyone please tell me if Vista or Office 2003 has a web editor that I don't know about on it.

    thanks

    Oh that's Vista for you!
Isn't there an option available to make Front Page your default editor? There probably is.

I'm still running Front Page in XP and with Office 2007. Wouldn't think about moving to 'Vista' as it's still far too full of glitches for anyone that wants to do anything beyond basics.

Does anyone know what the word Vista means in Sanskrit?
pronounced "Vishta" or occassionally pronounced ''vista''

They realised that Vista was even worse than they thought people would notice so HAD to release something improved. Don't hold your breath on that though;)

Try using Joomla for your website, its completely free and after the initial setup fairly simple to update site content. I'm learning how to use it at the mo. (www.joomla.org)

I use a very good web editor (and it's free), they do a Windows version (I use Ubuntu/Linux and that's free too).

The new Internet Suite "Seamonkey" has a web editor among other things,
