Weed id please

    Is the plant in the foreground with the reddish stems some type of willowherb? I've checked a lot of photos but can't find an exact match. If so, presumably there's no reason not to dig it up?

    There are scores of varieties of willowherb. Yours looks like one of them. I'd pull it out to stop it spreading
