Hello, I have a tall plant/shrub/tree and I was hoping someone could help me identify it so I can decide whether I dig it up or look after it accordingly.

By definition, I suppose it's already a weed, as I didn't plant it, but I was curious as to what it was; its rooted itself dead in the centre of a bed where I was planning on planting a small tree anyway, so if its a 'nice' weed, I'll probably keep it. If its invasive or too fast-growing, I'll probably get rid of it.

    Thanks!

I think it's a Sycamour. Just the job for a Stately Home or the in the grounds of a fine gracious Park, BUT NOT YOUR BORDER Scafell,
    Google it!!

I would wait a year, then turn it into a walking stick!

    Cheers, Tony.
