I have a few weeks in my grass that want rid of, I have tried a few chemicals available on the market but dont seem to do a lot.

Would cutting the weeds out then reseeding the bare patches be more worth while?

I use weed, feed and moss killer on mine muddy in the summer months, but I think it might be a bit to late to use it now. 02

Best to use a selective weed killer when the weeds are in active growth, around spring time.
While in active growth, they absorb the chemical much more readily.

Feed and weed is a waste of time in terms of weed control, Use verdone extra, if you spray in the next couple of weeks you should (just!!) be ok, maybee another spraying in the spring. Spray it on rather than using a watering can.
