Weedol or Pathclear, keep pets or children off until it dries. Pathclear is supposed to be longer lasting (up to 3 months if applied in spring but read any instructions and disclaimers)

Both contain diquat and paraquat, very poisonous to aquatic life so no good anywhere near a pond or watercourse etc. Pathclear has also simazine and amitrole.

I've found they both work but you may have to re-treat later in the year although personally I don't like chemical soups. With a proper weed barrier under gravel it's easy enough to pull most seeding weeds providing you don't let autumn leaves collect and decompse.
