I can't think of their names but I'd say weeds, the second lot needs taking out as soon as, they seed like nothing I've seen.

Hairy bitter cress is the one that you touch when it has seed pods on and the seeds fly off in a thousand directions at once, and your heart sinks! But they are a mighty fine seed to either hoe or pull up by hand if you get to them before they seed!

    Hope this Helps!

The first pic looks like some bulbs that have gone to seed, with a couple of weeds growing amongst them.
What they are is a bit immaterial really.
I'd have dumped the whole planter by now anyway. I m afraid

Second is bitter cress and needs getting shot of as quickly as possible.:)

I find Rosebay Willowherb easy to deal with, although it does get everywhere. It is easy to indentify even when fairly young, and it doesn't have deep roots so they just pull out with the minimum of effort. The trouble is, like dandelions, their seeds spread for miles on the breeze, so I guess it is a matter of controlling them rather than eradicating them.
