Weirdo bug

    Can anyone identify this little weirdo? it was about 10mm long.

      frog hopper Cercopoidea , in the spring summer when you a see a plant with bubbles of spit on the leaves thats whats inside but it has changed now and doesn't need the protective frothy bubbles
