We all know, because we are told by our government and the US governmeng via mainstream media, that the Russians are a bit naughty. Trouble is we could really do without falling out with them, on account of them being slightly able to knack us in a fight, and/or use a variation of that proven Russian military tactic, to freeze us in winter, only this time by cutting off the gas.

But how to do a U-turn on everything that's happened so far without losing face? Hmm. How about if Russia was to present evidence that it was Ukraine, and not Russia that shot down a civilian airliner?

Possibly - I do wonder of their bluff is being called? Dead easy to say it was a Ukrainian jet to get the world off your back, but if they then come knocking your door looking for evidence you don't have.....

Its a bit of a worry to be honest as it could really kick off if there is no evidence to give..

So they want the world to ignore the video of a Russian rocket launcher returning to Russia with 2 missiles missing

That is a bit of an inconvenience. But then having to fight Russia would also be a bit of an inconvenience, and losing face by being seen to back down would also be a bit of an inconvenience. So if you're a politician, you might ask, which is the lesser of the inconveniences.

Human imperfections I guess. I've moved it now though, thanks for pointing it out.
