What am I doing wrong?

I am finally getting the hang of putting up photos on here from off of my tablet but I cant for the life of me understand why I can't get the words I write to go above the photo rather than underneath

If any photo computer boffins can put me right I would be most grateful.....Thanks

 

I usually type the words first, then move the cursor down below the words before up loading the pic.
It seems to work for me.

 

If you already loaded in the photo (select 'place inline'), then put the cursor at the top left of the photo, press enter a few times on the keyboard, and then click the cursor back up to the top left above the photo.

 

I've had similar problems now that I'm using the I-pad. I've found that once I've uploaded the picture, if I go to the 'more options' tab, I can make the required edit.

 

I'm using a laptop but always have problems uploading pictures so I do those first before typing. I hit the enter key first to drop down a couple of lines, then load the pictures. Once that's done I can return to the top to type.
