I saw some beans I'd never heard of before in the shop, they called Adzuki beans. They caught my eye because they are very high in protein compared to other veg sources, and low in calories, so perfect if you're trying to lose some weight and get fit:)

What can I make with them? Any suggestions?

Soak them over night, boil then till tender strain then whilst still hot pour on some nice oil like walnut or hazelnut makes a lovely salad.
