    Hi folks,

Oooo spring is nearly here! So excited!

I have some raised wall beds and intend to put some aubrieta (pinks) in to trail down the walls. There are a few lily bulbs underneath but I have no idea what summer flowering plants would be best to put in with the aubrieta.

Any ideas would be lovely - preferably perennials as I am disabled and am aiming to fill the beds so that if I do happen to be too ill to do anything we still have some colour to brighten us up.

there are a lot of lovely dwarf Campanulas in blue and white which grow to the same sort of height as Aubrieta and flower later.

Might also be worth putting some small bulbs to come up through the Aubrieta. Chionodoxa come in pink white and blue and are very easy to come by.

The sedums are good for growing alongside aubretia. They spread and thicken much the same as aubretia and allow the bulbs to come up through them.
