What Carrots do you recommend

    This year I am going to grow some carrots in one of my raised beds just looking for the best variety :smile:

    Sorry I have no input for this, but will be interested to see what people have to as I have been trying to grow them in my raised beds for the last 2 years with no success. But
    T this year I intend to try again, hopefully with better success.

      Good morning @rustyroots I am trying the raised bed method as I have it on good authority that the carrot fly can only as high as 60 centimetres;):smile:

      I would go for Early Nantes. For flavour, best Carrot I grew :thumbsup:

        I was feeling a bit bored yesterday afternoon, so I went to Tesco and got some bits and bobs and thought I would treat myself to a gardening magazine. I bought Grow your Own and it came with some early Nantes seeds, so it looks like I will be trying them.
