What do I do with SweetPeas??

Hi All,
Sowed some SweetPeas on Monday. I've never been **that** successful with them, example they're usually quite stringy - which leads to my question: When they've started sprouting, do I pinch them out please?

i dont think you pinch out??
i was told when the plants have 4 leave you can plant outside??

 

When they have produced more than two sets of leaves you can then pinch the growing tip out to encourage the plant to bush out.

I was a little hard on mine but they still grew like crazy below is a pictures from last years lot and they are so easy to look after too in fact this was the first time I had a go at sowing them from seed.Hel.xxx.
