I have a tray o carrot seedings, there are about six little shoots in each segment. What do I do with them to get them in the ground? Do I pull each little one out and plant them seperately or do I push the whole lot out and plant them tpgether?

Carrots dont like root disturbance , think you can only try to plant out with as little disturbance as possible.
Knock out each segment and plant the whole thing and best done before the roots touch the bottom, or the roots will be deformed when you pick them.

To be sure of a good crop, if you have any seed left, try sowing a row direct into the soil, should be warm enough outdoors for them now.
