No. The Crows just Hungry!

 

You can do so many things these days with photo editing I dont believe any thing I see on the internet.
Photography is now a joke.

 

Clearly a mockup. The crows right foot hasn't ruffled the eagle's feathers, and indeed appears to be just balanced on. The crow's left leg appears to bend the wrong way at the knee. The same way as our legs bend, not the opposite way round like birds do, and in any case the position of the crow's left foot on the eagle's wing, given the likely wingspan of the eagle, means the crow should be practically doing the splits.
