    I haven't seen a dandelion this big, but then is it actually a dandelion (tall one in the middle)?

    It shall be gone by this time tomorrow hopefully, but I am a curious sort...

    Its not a dandelion. I don't know what its called though. There's loads round here. They grow out of cracks in brickwork.

    The flowers on the top look like dandelion flowers if it helps, yet the leaves are quite big (and have silver trails all over them, which I think are leaf miner signs?)

    I will try and get a closer pic tomorrow before I cull it.

      I forgot to take closer pics before oiking it out, but it is now gone - a quick google reveals that it is indeed a sow thistle :) - vigorous blighters apparently!
