What grows on moss please?

    I'd like to grow some plants on some moss. Bonus points for:

    low growing
    edible
    beneficial to wildlife

    I don't think anything will grow on moss, in amongst it may be. :)

      I found it good for getting mature wood cuttings of Honeysuckle to root. This was 4 to 6cm thick wood and I just stood it in a plant pot of moss.

      Do you mean sphagnum moss or low growing green moss?
