"Grow big strange and nasty plants."This was a present given to me last yr.My friend later apologised when i told her the box said for 5 yrs and over.
Anyway it sat in the cupboard for a couple of months when one night i found young fiz raking about in the box.Later he presented me with this tiny pot with 3 pumpkin seeds sticking out of the soil.I put it in the kitchen window and when they began to grow i removed 2 and potted it on and put in the gh.
It`s now Oct. and although there are lots of leaves, vine, etc., this is the big, strange and nasty pumpkin....

Don't worry, elainefiz, you're not alone, my pumkin plants look exactly like yours, the one fruit that did grow got to about 5" across and then just gave up and rotted,my ornamental squash are like marbles and my buttnut squash about the same. It's just been a very, very bad year weatherwise. Things can only get better!
