    Was going to pave it originally, but as it's on a slope I thought decking would be easier to do on my own. Completely skint now but feeling very smug :D :D

    Looks really good windy, nice wood too. You can buy clear oils if you want to keep the colour it is.

    Ooh yes, clear would probably be better with the blue, and it'd stop me agonising over colours [​IMG] ....unless i see a really nice shade I can't resist :rolleyes:

    It looks very good windy and I think keeping it that nice natural colour is better than painting it blue or whatever. You have that nice blue planter, how about getting another couple, or pots, for colour splashes?

    As with everything in the garden, once finished it doesn't show exactly how much work you've put in. Was contemplating putting little stickers on bits of it saying things like 'flogged my guts out on this bit'....'had a Tena Lady moment lifting this'..... :D
    Next big project is brick edgings around the circle lawns...anyone know where I can get a few thousand bricks for next to nowt????? :rolleyes: :D

    i hear there is a couple of buildings in manchester with a few spare bricks, might be a bit hot though!
