what is eating my Eliagnus hedgeing

    Hello I noticed that something is eating my Eliagnus hedgeing. Some of the plants are growing big and strong, other's have leaves that are turning yellow and falling and now I see some of them have holes. Can someone help with this please.

    Looks like caterpillar damage to me, have a look under the leafs and closely at the stems to spot the little beasts.

      Hello Thank you for replying. Ive checked under the leaves, along the stems and I cant see a thing.

      Could be one of the beetle varieties such as Rosemary leaf beetle or Elaeagnus Leaf sucker. One of the standard chemical pesticides would help a lot but you should first try and see what the culprit is.
