Something in the past couple of months has been unhooking one of my bird feeders, so that I'm finding it almost empty on the ground. It's one of the mesh ones that I fill with broken biscuits. This only happens after dark and I've just been outside to find it down again, time 10.15pm - ish. After dark I doubt it's the local crows/rooks but I know there's a badger and a squirrel around. I also discovered a female deer passing through the garden last week. Have any of these got a sweet tooth? Would the badger or deer be able to unhook it - it's nearly 6ft from the ground?
