What is this succulent?

I bought this
Euphorbia in 2021 but it was un-named but I made a guess that it was
Euphorbia bupleurifolia.
Now I am not so sure as it has too many spines.
Can anyone identify this plant?

It's Pachypodium lamerei I've got one, had it many years. It grows slowly but eventually reaches a few feet.

I bought it as a 'succulent' in a supermarket.
Not one I had even thought of.

As I have Euphorbia Bupleurifolia x Susannae I had wanted to get the 2 Euphorbia 'parents' (bupleurifolia and susannae).
I found susannae and thought I had found bupleurifolia.
Now on the lookout for Euphorbia bupleurifolia again!

 

I used to have the two but the bupleurifolia one died and I can't find another. I may have to try on line.
