What is this?

    Hello

    I need some help to id this plant please.

    It's growing in a very wet spot in shade/semi shade. Haven't been able to find out what it is so far, and have never planted anything there.

    I'm sure someone else will be more sure, but to me it looks like a baby willowherb.
