If it was me I would either use a PAINT type fence coating like garden shades or exterior gloss if you want a light colour to help seal it against the air moisture,if your not fussed about the colour black bitumen paint will seal it really well.

Thanks for all the responses my reasoning on colours was with it being the over winter part it will also be used to grow in the summer so a gloss white would reflect more light in the winter but the mat black (bitumen) would attract more heat in the winter but would the black be to hot in summer also thinking of mold resistance with it being damp and humid

I use Sadolin for my wooden greenhouse inside and out.
There is a choice of colours.......Sadolin Classic orSadolin Extra.

          Sadolin

Never used OSB , but I would find something to seal the edges . That is where you are likely to get water blowing . I would coat with a cheap water based and thinned primer , the OSB will drink the first coat ! Then white water based topcoat(s).

If it was me I would use a good exterior prima and then a good acrylic white paint matt or satin as that will absorb the heat as well as reflect better than gloss paint.. Just make sure the edges are sealed well..

                  I was looking at this
Acrylic Roof Paint 20L | eBay
In light grey quit cheap water proof and should go straight on the osb

@Notty1975 Yes as long as it is a very light grey I don't see why not.. I hadn't seen that stuff. If you feel it isn't bright enough when done you can always go over it with acrylic white anyway..
