I think there is something so satisfying about eating things which you have grown......so this year, I am going to be having a focus on growing more vegetables. The only issue is, I have a fairly small space, which only gets sun in the morning, however, it's pretty sheltered. My time is also pretty limited so I could do with something I can just plant and then leave to grow - any suggestions?

    Thanks, Chris

Rhubarb will grow with limited sunshine and no attention.

Most other things want a bit of care here and there.
    Maybe you'll get other suggestions.

corn? Corn on the cob once established pretty much takes care of itself as long as it's getting water :)
